If Life Were Fair…

Would I look like this, and you look like that? That is how a high school professor would respond to students’ complaints of unfairness.

I am upset because the Si has to spend the night outside in the cold (24°F, according to some forecasts), while cars that do not have to be out the door first thing in the morning are able to overnight in the nice warm garage.

  • I am presuming the Si is some sort of car, but I cannot quite make out what kind of car? Please identify thyself!

  • The "Si" in "Honda Civic Si" stands for "sport injection," I believe. Nonetheless, I achieve slightly over 30 miles per gallon in it.

  • I think one must consider the level of awesome of the two or more cars in question. And would it not make sense for the person leaving earliest to park in the rear anyway? It would be quite a shame for someone to have to wake up unnecessarily early to move a car in 30 degree weather.

But then again, parking an STi in front of a house would probably raise the property value, if that's the car in question, of course.

  • this hal guy sounds like a real ass. so does this matt guy. you dont see the owner of the badass hybrid crying like a little girl bec her car wasnt even in the driveway at all and she had to walk all the way to the front yard to get stuff out of her car today. it wasnt in the garage waaaaaaa.

  • jAt least all of you guys have a car. I'm forced to sell my beloved Audrey (my gti, for those of you who don't know her by name) because I need the money and really have no use for her here - if I did bring her, she wouldn't make it one night in my neighborhood. And whenever I go someplace in the morning (which isn't often, cuz I STILL don't have a job), I have to walk 5 blocks in the freezing cold to the subway station, where a crazy guy asks me for money, even though he is probably richer than I am.

  • Rach, the guy at the subway station sounds like a solid prospect for a husband.
